Slap the bottom of the jar with the heel of your hand several times. Then, firmly tap the edge of the lid against a solid surface while rotating the jar 360 degrees. Jars can also be placed upside down in very hot water for a few minutes to loosen the lid.

Our spicy pickles have a shelf life of 1 year. All other pickles have a shelf life of 2 years.

If your pickles are found to be unsatisfactory within a year of the date they were made, we will either replace your jar or refund your money, depending on your geographic location.

Unopened jars should be kept in a cool dry place. Storage in hot places will shorten the pickles’ shelf life. Opened jars should be refrigerated.
